It would be beneficial to getting together with your Real estate agent to learn finalized numbers that you won't have any surprises at the closing table.
It would be a shame to get this close to selling and have the deal fell through because of a missing form or error. Begin to make arrangements for your upcoming move if you have not done so.
Leaving a clean home to the new home owners might be helpful during their final walk thorough before closing.
I communicate with the title company, buyer's realtor agent, loan officer and all necessary providers to make sure you to have a closing as smooth as possible for your property. Make sure home buyer's agent has done the final walk thorough to your home, condo or town house with buyers and schedule the closing time and place at your convenience.
